Finding Direction in Your Early Career
This group offers a supportive and reflective space for young adults navigating uncertainty about career direction, identity, and the future. Many people in their 20s/early 30s feel pressure to have everything figured out while also facing self-doubt, comparison, and changing expectations around work and success. Participants will engage in meaningful conversations around topics such as career identity, values, decision-making, self-trust, and managing the stress of not knowing what comes next. Through psychoeducation, guided reflection, and shared support, this group aims to help members feel less alone and more grounded as they move forward. Free to Join!

Authentic Movement Group
The Authentic Movement Group is a space to reconnect with yourself through music, movement, breath, and shared human experience. Through exploratory movement, guided dance, breathwork, and inner reflection practices, we create space to soften out of performance and reconnect with the body’s natural expression, emotion, creativity, and aliveness. No dance or movement experience is needed. This is not about looking a certain way or getting anything “right.” The invitation is simply to listen inward, move authentically, and explore what begins to emerge when the body is given space to speak. Free to join!
