I help children and adults navigate loss, life transitions, and trauma so we can heal deep heartache, quiet intrusive thoughts, and reconnect with a sense of safety, strength, and hope. When life shifts unexpectedly, our minds often scramble for safety, showing up as exhausting loops of imbalance inside and outside the body. As a concierge therapist, I offer discretion, direct access, check-in's between sessions, and flexible scheduling to accommodate busy lives, on-call schedules, and deployments. I understand the isolation that can come from carrying experiences others may not fully understand, and the impact on loved ones.

Walks in nature can become part of the therapeutic process, complementing many approaches such as Brainspotting to support grounding, emotional processing, self-awareness, and connection. No waiting rooms or stale coffee, just exceptional care, fresh air, and healing beyond fluorescent lighting.
As a former Division I tennis player, w/ a multicultural background, raising a blended family, I understand the desire for a win today more than ever!
