I take a person-centered approach to helping adolescence and adults understand and manage interpersonal impacts on their relationships, past-trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. You may feel devalued, a lack of direction, meaning, motivation or have lost interest in things that once brought you joy. We will work together to rediscover your internal well of strength and joy.

Talking about challenges can be scary, but by using evidence-based strategies like ACT, TF-CBT, MI, and SFBT we will work together to help you improve coping with mental health struggles-empowering and enhancing your inherent ability to manage symptoms and progress towards your unique values and goals.
