Welcome - I’m so glad you want to explore therapy and grateful that you landed here.
I support clients with a variety of challenges, like anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, ADHD and addictions. I’m here to meet you where you are and support you to move forward, as you’re ready. We can talk about ways for you to live fully by your own values, process how past experiences have shaped your present life, and hold space as you go through big changes and life transitions.
While not limited to these groups, I'm particularly interested in working people who have attachment wounds, who are in grief, and people within the LGBT community.
I also have special training and education to support people who want a different relationship with drugs and alcohol, gambling, screens, video games, pornography, social media, and internet.
In my therapy approach, I focus on empathy, curiosity, honesty, presence and humor. I’ll be direct with you about what I’m seeing while not making assumptions, ultimately guiding you to rely on your gut, wisdom, and values.
