Every individual is unique in their strengths, needs, and challenges. I strive to implement an eclectic approach to meet each person where they are and join together in building resiliency, healing, and growth in treatment.
I have specialized in substance abuse and addiction for the past two years and work with a variety of co-occurring disorders. I work from a person centered perspective believing that each individual has the capacity to build resiliency in accordance with presenting problems. That’s why I am here, to come along side with support and guidance in building hope.
Support is essential, while therapy can be intimidating it is also the opportunity for growth, healing, change, and connection. Counseling provides a unique and confidential space to explore a deeper meaning of self and presenting problems. “To bring about change, you must not be afraid to take the first step. We will fail when we fail to try." -Rosa Parks
