Hi, I’m Abby. Do you struggle to focus and stay organized or have intrusive thoughts that lead to sadness, anger, or constant worry? I help children, adolescents, and young adult college students learn to manage anxiety and depression as well as take control of focus and organization.
We will work together to help you identify challenges and triggers, learn and implement healthy coping skills, and identify resources and supports.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and creative therapies to help you achieve your goals. I can’t wait to partner with you on this journey!
