Overcoming trauma is the most liberating action any one person can take for themselves. I am EMDR trained and I have found EMDR to be far and away the most effective trauma therapy. It has been almost magical to see how clients transform with EMDR. Helping people change the way they think, act, and feel, especially in relation to something that has been interfering with their every day lives, is endlessly rewarding.
