Are you ready to truly leave the past in the past and continue on the journey to authenticity and acceptance? I would love to help! I work with those who are trying to process their past to help better deal with the future. I believe no matter your background, sexual orientation/gender identity, ethnicity or race you deserve to feel authentic and whole. I work with open heart to all who are interested in processing trauma and feeling free from the burdens of their past
My specialty is attachment trauma and treating PTSD/CPTSD w/ EMDR. I am a sex positive body positive LGBTQ+ aligned therapist who wants to offer a safe place for BIPOC populations and marginalized communities. I take therapy from a strengths based trauma informed perspective to help patients find the root of their anxieties.
I want to help end the cycle and introduce people to their fullest selves. I provide trauma informed care with the empathy and respect you deserve. Let's see how bright the future can truly be!
