I help individuals navigate stress, overwhelm, and the pressure of keeping it all together, while also addressing the underlying anxiety that often drives these patterns. Together, we’ll understand what’s going on beneath the surface and build tools that help you feel more calm, confident, and in control.
I also work with children to help them identify, process, & express emotions in healthy ways.
I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful method for healing anxiety, trauma, and more. I have several years of experience providing client centered play therapy. I work with individuals ages 4 and up, offering both individual and family therapy to support lasting growth and connection.
My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based techniques, but most importantly—it’s tailored to you. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out.
