While all of the approaches I use are empirically validated for the treatment of Anxiety disorders, I also adapt treatment to meet all clients where they are at. Your goals are my goals and it is possible to experience relief from the symptoms that are keeping you from what you value most in life.
I have extensive training working with anxiety disorders as well as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and I offer structured sessions that help address your specific symptoms and problematic responses to the anxiety you experience. I provide a space for processing, skill practice and goal setting so you can work through triggers in and outside of sessions.
I strive to create a warm and compassionate environment where you feel a sense of safety so you are best able to work toward goals. I approach each individual with a nonjudgmental stance, and you can expect to feel validated and supported throughout your treatment process working with me.
