Hi! I'm Abigail and I'm glad you're here. As a queer therapist, I understand how important it is to have a space where you feel seen, accepted, and able to show up as your full self. I am passionate about creating a collaborative space where we can explore your identities, values, relationships, and experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I strive to create a space that is sex-positive, kink-positive, and welcoming to all parts of who you are.

I have a passion for supporting clients navigating relationships, identity exploration, religious trauma, neurodivergence, executive functioning challenges, kink exploration, and life transitions. I use a person-centered, feminist, and trauma-informed lens in my practice.

I also have a focus in women’s mental health. I approach this work through a feminist lens, which examines how societal biases, oppression, and gender roles affect mental health. I have experience in writing letters of support for gender affirming care and offer one time appointments for letters needed for hormone therapy and gender-affirming surgery.

A supportive, therapeutic group for neurodivergent individuals to connect, learn, and explore all things related to dating, intimacy, and sexuality in an affirming, judgement-free space. The group will meet for 10 weeks. Each week, we will cover a different topic. This group is only for 18+. This is an open group, meaning that you can join at any time. Offering sliding scale & Pro Bono $10-$35 per session
