As a LISW-CP having been in the mental health field since 2008, I bring a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care through my eclectic practices. I’ve received training and education in CBT, MI, family and children with trauma, and previously certified as a substance abuse counselor while in the military.
My goal is to help you walk away feeling grounded, confident, and capable of creating a life that feels authentic and balanced. My role is to meet you where you are—with empathy, honesty, and collaboration—so you can move toward the version of yourself that you want to be.
