I am trained in the evidence based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and MI. I use a holistic approach to therapy with a mind-body connection focus. I have extensive training with perinatal support/post-partum, infertility, adoption, trauma, job loss, bereavement, death and dying, anxiety, depression, addiction, military issues, and divorce.
