I would describe my therapy lens as relational and psychodynamic, with some aspects of mindful self compassion. I enjoy working with older adolescents and adults who experience general life anxiety, social anxiety, and struggle with life transitions as well as stepping into recovery from trauma, substance use, and disordered eating.
