Engaging in mental health therapy begins a journey. Perhaps this has been a long journey for you already, perhaps you are venturing for the first time. My goal is to provide a safe, neutral space where I partner with you in this journey empowering you to process, grow, heal working towards life goals you have. I approach working with you holistically utilizing a strength-based, client centered model. Together we will tap into your strengths inspiring growth in areas you desire to work on.

Receiving my BSW at Gordon and my MSW at NMSU, my background focused on cultural diversity & spirituality. Working diversely has instilled humbleness acknowledging each individual's complexity creating their self identity. I integrate multiple treatment modalities for your own eclectic therapy that reflects your uniqueness.

Not only is my approach holistic, my office is located at Healing Creative, a Co-op of holistic healers. I believe creating therapeutic environment is the beginning of therapy. The groups frequently meet in the office's "water room" with a wall of glass overlooking the harbor creating a peaceful space.
