Currently on maternity leave; clients will be waitlisted until April 2026! Trauma, anxiety and grief can be overwhelming to navigate, especially if the experience has become normalized for you. It's not normal to always feel on edge or tense. There is a life where relief and enjoyment is possible and you don't have to figure it out alone! Using a person-centered approach, I will follow your pace while also integrating a trauma-informed perspective. I believe in a balance of processing and practicality so you are able to leave a session feeling more self-aware and empowered.
I believe healing best occurs in relationship and connection, and so my approach involves first building an environment where trust and safety are the foundation. From there, I hope to encourage vulnerability so that you can authentically show up not just with me in our sessions, but in your own life and world as well.
There is no place better to explore your emotions, thoughts, feelings and everything in between than in the counseling space. You will be met with a listening ear and empathetic heart, as we process together. The work may be hard, but I can assure you, you will not be alone. There is greater joy ahead!
