I specialize in perinatal mental health and hold a PMH-C certification (Perinatal Mental Health–Certified), which means I have advanced training to support clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and the complex transition into parenthood.

In addition to traditional therapy, I am also offering comprehensive, evidence-based Autism/ADHD assessments for high-masking mothers who suspect that they may be neurodivergent. These assessments are done out of network, but are affordable! Ask me about it!
