I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with experience in private practice, inpatient hospitals, and university settings. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, specializing in mood disorders, ADHD, self-harm, burnout, self-esteem, and performance-related concerns. As a former dual-sport collegiate athlete and current rugby player, I understand the mental and emotional demands that come with competitive performance, and I support clients navigating injury recovery, life transitions, and pressure-driven environments.
