You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many of the people I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, emotionally disconnected, or simply tired of carrying things alone. Some are processing trauma, exploring identity, navigating relationships, or adjusting to major life changes.
I believe healing happens through safety and trust. My role is to provide a supportive, affirming space where you can move at your own pace while we work together toward your goals. I welcome clients from all walks of life and am especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and women navigating personal and systemic challenges.
I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right therapist is an important decision. I am committed to creating an affirming and collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.
