With certifications in perinatal mental health and play therapy, I specialize in supporting families experiencing behavioral challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, medical complexity, palliative care, grief & perinatal mental health (pregnancy, infertility, complex pregnancy, postpartum, fetal anomalies, pregnancy loss, & TFMR).
My approach is humanistic and person-centered while incorporating some elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
When working with children, I use Child-Centered Play Therapy which allows them to express their emotions, experiences, and thoughts through play, which is their natural form of communication.
