I provide online therapy to clients living anywhere in North Carolina. I have seven years of experience working with clients ages 16-55 using techniques from a variety of modalities, including ACT, CBT, and narrative therapy. I help clients decrease the frequency and intensity of their worrying, cope with intrusive thoughts and fears, and reduce the damaging impacts of anxiety on their daily lives.
I mostly help people who are feeling debilitated or overwhelmed by anxiety. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and in supporting parents of young children. I also work with people who are struggling with social anxiety, performance anxiety, and OCD.
