As a dedicated Trauma Specialist in the process of certification, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their healing journeys. My approach integrates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): A powerful technique designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. Brainspotting (BSP): A focused mindfulness approach that allows clients to access and process deep emotional experiences, facilitating healing at a profound level. Somatic Experiencing: A physiology or nervous system approach to addressing to you being in the here and now. If the past is still affecting you in the present.

As a trauma specialist I focus on continuing education multiple times a year on evidenced based trauma modalities. I want clients to know that theirs more to therapy then just talking about the issues.
