I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and life transitions. I am passionate at helping people identify what is important to you and exploring new ways to better cope with what is preventing you from connecting to the life you want to live. I focus on doing what works, which is individual to each person. I draw upon evidence-based therapies and your own personal experiences to help you discover what works for you! I have a particular interest in working with perinatal issues, including perinatal depression and anxiety, birth trauma and transition to parenthood.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapies that focus on helping us better understand our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I have extensive experience with ERP, ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness based interventions. I am an accredited Perinatal Mental Health provider by Postpartum Support International.
