Am I a bad person? This is a question we hear a lot. If you feel lost, drained, stuck, unworthy, and confused, we understand you. At Point of Convergence Therapy, we help people who are hurting and exhausted. This usually comes from complex trauma and branches off into things like anxiety, self-esteem, and identity issues. We know that healing doesn't happen in a vacuum and that people need people. Since finding a therapist can be difficult, we're happy to offer free 30-minute consultations so you can get to know us before committing.
Each client has their own personality, history, and symptoms that determine the path we take. We have skills in many forms of therapy and create your treatment plan specific to you. We use well researched approaches like Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, DBT, CBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
First and foremost, you can expect a human during sessions. We’ll provide tools to manage acute symptoms. Then, we'll get curious about your symptoms in a deeper way when you feel ready. Throughout the process, we’ll focus on you and help you find your voice. Our end goal is to merge the person you are now with the thriving person you're meant to be.
