I am a Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist who works with individuals all ages, from elders to littles and everyone in between. Though I specialize in IFS, my approach to each of my clients is unique and tailored to what works best for you. I integrate person-centered therapy, EMDR, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care.
