Are you feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed? I specialize in working with current and former athletes, high school and college students, and young adults who are navigating challenges such as perfectionism, self-criticism, anxiety, and communication. My practice centers on supporting teens and women in building confidence, strengthening self-esteem, and redefining what success means on their own terms. I collaborate with clients to challenge the unrealistic or unhelpful standards that may feel overwhelming.
As a former collegiate athlete, current coach, and PhD candidate researching depression, anxiety, and perfectionism in athletes, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to my work. I understand the unique pressures that come with high performance.
Many of the clients I work with may struggle with burnout, high stress, imposter syndrome, or the belief that they are not “enough.” Together, we use evidence-based strategies to challenge these patterns, cultivate self-compassion, and foster a more empowered sense of self.
