My name is Abby Berkey. I am a trauma therapist and specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with past trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have been working in the field for over 20 years. I want to help people overcome negative views of themselves that have been developed from trauma and adverse experiences. I have a strong interest in fitness and nutrition and am also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.
My goal is to provide you with the best treatment to empower you to overcome barriers to change. I use EMDR, cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT, and a variety of interventions to support you in achieving your goals. I am passionate about EMDR because I have seen the changes it makes in people.
