Through therapy it is my belief that you can weather the struggles of life and grow stronger.
My passion is working with individuals with anxiety-based illnesses. I work with individuals age 14 and up who struggle with anxiety related disorders, OCD, depression, and substance use. Also as of August 2020 I am a trained EMDR clinician. I am a trained therapist in the modality of rumination-focused exposure and response prevention as well.
Sometimes a little knowledge can provide you with surprisingly large insights about your own situation. Bring your questions and I will do my best to help you understand what you are going through. The distress you are feeling at this moment does not last forever.
