I have a passion for creating healthy and meaningful relationships. We all have our own reality that has been formed by our own personal experiences, emotions, and beliefs. My goal is to support you on your journey and collaborate with you to help you achieve your goals. My counseling approach focuses on how relationships both past and present, influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I prioritize creating a counseling relationship built on acceptance, safety, trust, and authentic connection. When you step into my counseling office my hope is that you feel able to be your true authentic self without any judgement.
I have a passion for working with children and couples. Parents, I care about your child’s success and creating a safe environment for them to explore their feelings. Couples, I want to help you begin to rebuild trust and closeness between each other. I’m here to support you and help you feel like a couple, not just roommates living together.
I have a year of experience working in the academic setting with children, couples, young adults, adults, and older adults. I will graduate with my masters degree in May 2026. I am supervised by Melisa Sanchez Landgraf, MS, Ed, LMFT. I provide Christian counseling upon request. Please reach out if you have any questions, I look forward to hearing from you!
