If you've found yourself here, I'm sure you've survived so much and now feel ready to explore what life can look like beyond trauma and grief. I work with women and LGBTQ+ adults who have been through a lot and feel ready to start healing. I specialize in working with sexual assault survivors, people living with chronic illness/pain, LGBTQ+ issues, and religious trauma. In our work together, I will prioritize building trust and learning what safety feels like to you. My approach is relational and values-based, and I'm here to help you build a life that feels secure and in alignment with what's most important to you.
I want to help you process emotions and memories with both the mind and the body. I use approaches that allow you to be in tune with your nervous system and feel differently, not just think differently. This might include types of therapy like EMDR, Parts Work, somatic interventions, or creative approaches like music, poetry, or art.
Using an intersectional feminist and anti-oppressive lens, I’ll work to create a space where your voice is heard and your identity is honored. My intention is that you will leave feeling seen, supported, and a little more at home in yourself. Together we’ll create safety so you can heal gently and move towards authentic living.
