You deserve to thrive after life has tried to break you. I specialize in trauma treatment especially with those transitioning into adulthood. Trauma can happen in a lot of ways and within a lot of contexts. I am passionate about helping people move through that dark space toward healing and vibrancy in their lives today. I believe that humans are geared toward healing and wellbeing and that with the right tools you can feel whole no matter what has happened to you. You are not the things that have happened to you.
I work with people who have experienced traumas big or small which happen in families, in romantic relationships, in schools, in churches, and in society more broadly. Anything that has happened to you that you feel stuck with, that impacts your behavior, or that often replays in your head I work to heal with you.
I especially like to use EMDR and LENS; tools proven to help your nervous system and brain to heal. I firmly believe that you can feel better and I want to help you to be able to engage in your life in ways that feel authentic and bring you joy.
