I believe that we are innately whole and have the resources to heal and live authentically. Individual and generational trauma and oppressive systems disconnect us from ourselves and vital community. We find ourselves feeling unsafe, unseen, and stuck in a protective pattern of barely surviving. The symptoms we experience, if not annihilating, leave us disconnected, discouraged, drained.
Using IFS and other tools for trauma treatment we will work together to tap into your inner resource of compassion and curiosity - reconnecting you with yourSelf and a path toward deep healing.
My name is Abhishek (he/him) and I’m a South Asian transplant in KCMO. I welcome folx of all identities and intersectionalities. You may find me a good fit if you have struggled to find home and need a roadmap for deeper healing. I offer intentional presence as I accompany you on the journey of change to create the meaningful life you long for.
As a person with my own intersections of privilege and oppression I work to show up authentically so that you are empowered to do the same. To me therapy is a human-to-human interaction. I am passionate about approaching healing from a non-dual perspective with a vision for our collective liberation.

Together we will practice the IFS (Internal Family Systems) model of befriending our parts, speaking for parts, and connecting parts with our Self Energy. This will be a closed group of maximum 7 members. There are two different times available Tuesdays at 2pm or Wednesdays at 6pm. Please contact for more information.
