I am a Bilingual Latina therapist. Working with adults managing life transitions, relationship issues, improving self-esteem, anxiety, substance use, trauma, depression and working with those impacted by chronic medical issues and mental illness.
I focus on empowering and strengthening clients through evidenced-based therapy and a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then explore the specific challenges you're facing or the reason that brought you into therapy. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
