I help individuals build confidence and trust in their ability to manage life’s challenges by providing cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused interventions. My approach empowers people to address their problems more effectively while reducing reliance on unhealthy coping mechanisms.
My goals are to help people learn how to process the norms and conventions which cause them to develop negative beliefs and thoughts that lead to emotional upheaval and discord. Using CBT/SFBT as well as client centered therapy will enable me to explore the barriers that are at the core of an individual's thoughts that cause anxiety or depression.
