I am passionate about assisting my clients in navigating the challenges they may be encountering. Using a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapeutic approach, I invite my clients to challenge negative thought patterns that affect their ability to reach their optimum potential. My purpose is to help my clients understand their problems and provide them with practical tools to cope. I value the importance of a trusting therapeutic relationship.
I specialize in helping individuals, couples (premarital/marriage), and adolescents. I also support families through grief and bereavement.
