My ideal clients are people who deeply value their relationships — but find themselves stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed in those connections. They’re couples who’ve lost their sense of friendship and easy conversation, families struggling to adapt to life’s changes, or parents who feel like they’re constantly managing conflict instead of enjoying time with their children. As a Couples and Family Therapist, my specialty is helping people navigate the fun, complex, often messy, relationships that shape our lives.

As a somatic practitioner, I guide clients toward the mind-body connection so they can harness their own internal wisdom. My sessions include both verbal and embodied processing. I aim to provide a collaborative, relational, and evidence-based environment that promotes client growth.
