When our thinking becomes blurred, our behaviors will be altered, consequently affecting the people around us, and beyond; we suffer, and so do our loved ones. Sadly, for a long-time people have avoided seeking help because of the stigma attached. Fortunately, this thought process is changing; more people are getting help rather than suffering needlessly.
