Couples come to me because they are stuck in cyclical ways of disagreeing and worry how these dynamics impact their own stress levels, future of the relationship, and families. Relationships can be challenging when both partners want to be understood, co-exist authentically, and feel fulfilled. I specialize in issues related to infidelity/betrayal, sexual concerns, and ADHD. Through the process of couples therapy, partners will be able to deepen their understanding of each other and themselves. Couples leave therapy better equipped to intimately connect, navigate difficult conversations, and sustain a collaborative partnership.

The PACT model helps couples change communication through learning the other partner, exploring non-verbal communication, and connecting childhood experiences to current dynamics. Betrayal work includes understanding what contributed to the affair and deep accountability. I work with couples to understand the role of intimacy and individual needs.

This 8 week support group is for partners who have engaged in infidelity or have had an affair. The process of betrayal work is often focused on pain, accountability, and rebuilding trust. This supportive and non-blaming group will explore issues related to shame, guilt, identity, resentment, grief, loss, and hope. Participation in this group is an excellent adjunct in individual or couples therapy focused on betrayal and infidelity.
