I work with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, infertility and perinatal concerns, family and relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and challenges related to identity, meaning, and direction in life. I also enjoy working with individuals growing up in or currently navigating dysfunctional family systems, as well as adolescents whose parents face emotional challenges.
My approach is rooted in creating a safe, authentic, and supportive space where you can truly be yourself. We’ll work together to explore what’s weighing on your heart and mind, without judgment. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Solution-Focused techniques, Person-Centered therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
