Finding help (and the right kind of help) for your child or even knowing where to start can be overwhelming. The fact that you’re even reading this though says one thing: you have hope, and that’s the first step! Therapy can help your child learn how to navigate difficult emotions, gain understanding of their personal goals, and find confidence in who they are, all in a safe and warm environment.
I take a collaborative, client-centered and strengths-based approach, supporting clients in being the author of their own lives. Common issues I treat include: anxiety, self-esteem, attachment difficulties and trauma. Some of the techniques I use include play therapy, art therapy, sand tray, and CBT.
My number one goal is to make therapy a relatable and engaging experience for children, providing a safe and healing space where they can explore who they are and who they are meant to be. I am currently operating off of a short waitlist. Please reach out if you’d like to be considered for services!
