Together, we create an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan that supports healing, connection, and growth.
I am a Registered Play Therapist and certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, AutPlay, and Theraplay. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Sand Tray therapy. These evidence-based approaches allow me to tailor treatment to my client’s unique needs to process trauma, strengthen attachment, and build healthy coping
