I believe that counseling has the biggest impact when the client and counselor are able to work together towards a common goal. I strive to allow the client to lead sessions in the direction that they feel is most important, while balancing our time with therapeutic strategies that fit the client's needs. I prioritize safety, warmth, and openness in my work.
I work with all ages, but I am especially passionate about working with young adults as they navigate the complexities of life. I work to adapt my therapeutic approach to the needs of the individual client. I am open to providing more concrete skills, as well as a safe and unbiased space for processing.
I am currently able to offer both online and in-person sessions and a sliding scale fee based on your needs. I know it can be intimidating to start the process of looking for a therapist.
