I have a passion for working with teens, adults, and families as they navigate different phases in their life. I work to build a space that is non-judgmental and welcoming for all types of people. Whether you are thrilled to be starting therapy or a little bit more on the hesitant side, I will meet you where you are at, at the pace you feel ready for.
I have experience working with individuals of all types across the lifespan, with specific expertise working with those dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence. As a queer identifying therapist, I have a passion for working with individuals of all ages as they navigate their own LGBTQ+ identities. I also offer Autism Assessments.
Therapy is not one-size fits all. My therapeutic style allows us to team together to figure out what will help you in your life. I know that you know yourself best, and I bring to our relationship an expertise in mental health. With that we can work together to find solutions that work for your unique experience.

Groups
Teen LGBTQ+ Support Group
This is a fun support group for LGBTQ-identified and questioning teens. Group members will have a safe space to explore their identities, create community, and just be themselves. Group topics may include healthy relationships, coming out, gender exploration, talking with parents, and other topics that the group decides upon. Group is for teens ages 13-17 who identify as LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, genderqueer, non-binary, pansexual, and other identities along the spectrums of gender identity and sexual orientation).
