We clarify what's getting in the way of you feeling more at ease by working in a strength-based, collaborative, and practical style. I help you to become more aware of your feelings in the body and how they give valuable feedback, learning to trust them as guides to make what changes you need, to live more authentically and with satisfaction. We may use other modalities, also, depending on what works: examining thought and belief patterns, dream-work, journaling, art therapy and laughing.
You may be tired of old stubborn habit patterns. We can use energy work in these situations. I've used energy work for years which has been shown to be so helpful in clearing trauma, deepening focus and releasing old habit patterns that aren't working - getting in the way of accomplishing your goals, well-being and happiness.
