My name is Abby and I'm a human being. Yes, I'm a licensed independent clinical social worker— and yes, I have more than 6 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults facing a variety of life’s challenges. Yet what's most important to me, is that my clients understand that I see myself as a human being before anything else; I see my clients in the same way. Their traumas, stressors, job titles, sexualities, and religious affiliations are always secondary to the fact that like me, they too are human beings.

As a licensed mental health practitioner, I help my clients understand and love who they are on the most cellular level. I work closely with them to embrace and honor their most authentic truth. I use a variety of modalities, including CBT, solution-focused brief therapy, DBT, strength based therapy and motivational interviewing to provide personalized care.

I celebrate all paths and deeply honor the invitation to help you walk yours.
