I am a certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFCT) and have completed postgraduate training in couples and family therapy at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. I have also trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). All of this training provides the foundation for my work with both individuals and couples.
My years as an attorney in the high-stress corporate world also enable me to provide informed guidance on career stress and achieving positive career outcomes for professionals. My style is warm while emphasizing solutions. I am compassionately direct as I support clients in rethinking their narratives and creating more fulfillment in their lives.
