Working in a variety of environments as a therapist since 2010 has prepared me to help you feel your best! My specialties include anxiety, trauma, stress management, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, body image, and disordered eating. I've been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, an approach specifically created to help people heal from their trauma. I've received training and have worked with patients with eating disorders since 2019. You don't deserve to feel like you're in survival mode day to day, and I'd be honored to support you in your journey!
I see patients as young as 4. My extensive training in play therapy is beneficial in helping young children process & work through things they may not be able or willing to talk about. This approach is great for kids & they look forward to therapy! My trauma training also equips me to work with people of all ages as they reclaim their lives after trauma.
