I am a Pre-licensed professional (LMHC-A) and a Registered Art Therapist- Provisional (ATR-P). I enjoy working with adults and teens struggling with eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and obsessive compulsive tendencies. I hope to help individuals throughout the courageous road of treatment and walk along side them, providing support and compassion along the way. My goal is to help you address concerns you are noticing in the present, while also providing space to explore underlying causes.
I enjoy utilizing Art Therapy as a foundation with individuals in order to help build confidence and trust with oneself, as well as provide a way of communicating that does not rely solely on talking. I also incorporate approaches such as Internal Family Systems Therapy, Person-Centered modalities, and Mindfulness.
Asking for help can be a scary process and it takes bravery to do so. I strive to meet you where you are at in your journey with genuineness and acceptance. My goal is to provide a safe and warm environment, creating space for whatever you may need. Recovery and self-improving can be a challenging road, please know you don't have to do it alone.
