About
We all go through hard times, and having someone in our corner can help us navigate them. Youth and adolescents especially need a space to connect and process through their relationships and struggles. It is in this safe space that children and youth can begin to build skills and correct behavior that may seem concerning or perplexing.
I am a trauma-informed therapist currently working with people ages 5-22. My practice is child-centered and family-focused. I take a warm and playful approach with my clients and their families, and provide context, empathy, and encouragement while helping you navigate complex relationships, feelings, and behaviors.
Finding the right fit for you and your family is tricky. I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to see if we might work well together. I'd love to hear from you and see if I can help.
