I’m also a licensed therapist (LCSW), licensed addictions counselor (LAC), certified ADHD coach, and neurodivergent, imperfect human. I’ve been in the game for over a decade, and I use neuroscience and innovative evidence-based practices to help adults and teens with even the most severe mental health concerns
